What about the video features?
Sexy.ai’s video system is built on a mix of image-to-video diffusion and short-form motion models, similar to the tech stack behind animated SDXL and Runway-style motion diffusion.
In practice, that means you’re generating micro-scenes: little 2–5 second loops where the model shifts, breathes, or moves just enough to make the fantasy feel alive.
It’s not “full porn scenes” with dynamic action, but more like animated erotica... or just plain weird shit.
The videos are much more prone to AI-glitches, like dodgy limb movements, alien expressions and saucepan nipples defying gravity.
I watched some 'expansion videos' (the From Zero to Hero Collection) where petite girls are transformed into voluptuous vixens... and while the effect was pretty mesmerising, the nipples and areolas are definitely leaning hard into that rubber balloon aesthetic.
(Then again, if inflation is your niche, you probably love that shit.)
Overall, the video quality is a mixed bag.

What Can You Do For Free?
Exactly how far you can go before hitting the paywall.
Not much… unless you count window-shopping other people’s filth as a feature.
Sexy.ai doesn’t offer a true free tier. You can create an account and browse the public galleries, check out Trending, study what other users are generating, and get a feel for the different models and styles. But that’s about it.
Any attempt to generate your own porn will be met with instant pushback:
You can’t generate images, you can’t run prompts, you can’t test the video tools, and you definitely can’t sneak in a cheeky FaceFix session to see how well the AI handles your favourite waifu.
The upside is you can use the galleries to figure out which models produce the kind of output you like. You can inspect prompts, compare styles, and get a sense of whether the platform is worth paying for.

This tier is basically designed for power users, creators, and those running large batches (or who simply refuse to wait more than one second for anything).
Note, there is no credit/token/gem system. I couldn't find any information on hard limits for either tier. It's quite a vague system.
You can get a 33-37% discount by paying annually (depending on which tier you opt for). Payments are by credit/debit card. No crypto option available.
My Verdict
The honest verdict from AIPornGuy.
I'll admit, I went into Sexy.ai with pretty low expectations.
The UI looks a bit retro. It's not ugly or anything, but it doesn't give off "technology of the future" vibes. There aren’t many onboarding hints, either, and a lot of my testing was based on bashing different models/data-sets until I found one that worked. This could definitely be improved. Just some simple notes on what each model/setting does would be useful.
But credit where it’s due… the top-tier models absolutely deliver.
Once you start playing with the better engines - and the SDXL variants - the quality jumps fast. Some of the hyper-realistic outputs are really impressive, and on the right prompts they compete comfortably with the best AI porn generators out there.
That said, Sexy.ai is not the most intuitive platform. The creation suite gives you a wall of models… with very little explanation of what any of them actually do. Yes, there’s a training guide, but once you’re in the generator, you’re basically flying blind and learning through trial and error. If they added just a visual example per model, the experience would be a lot smoother for new users.
All in all: not perfect, not polished… but absolutely capable of producing high-end porn when you push it. A solid generator at a solid price.
