SwapperAI bills itself as a one-stop shop for face-swapping, undressing and AI porn generation - but let’s be honest, nobody’s here for the “AI art.”
This thing is built for deepfake porn, plain and simple.
Its main draw is the video face-swapper, a disturbingly slick tool that lets you transplant any face onto a pornstar mid-thrust. You upload a photo, pick from a selection of ready-made porn clips, and SwapperAI’s servers get to work stitching your chosen mug into the action. A few minutes later, voilà - you’ve got yourself a personalized porno starring whoever you damn well please.
The process is scarily easy. There’s no software to install, no coding, no fiddly prompt engineering. Just a face, a base clip, and a few credits to burn. The swaps themselves are surprisingly convincing - skin tones match, expressions move naturally, and it's only when you look closely that the illusion starts to fall apart. It’s most certainly a world away from the glitchy, meme-worthy deepfakes of old.
That’s not all, though. SwapperAI also includes an AI undress tool (you sick pervs), which does exactly what it says on the tin: it takes a clothed image and “imagines” what’s underneath. You literally paint over the bits you want gone, hit go, and the AI fills in the blanks.

Finally, there’s a basic AI porn generator, but honestly, Im being kind if I describe it as flimsy at best. The results are nowhere near the high-end realism you’ll get from a tool like Seduced or PornWorks. You get a few filters for ethnicity and hair color, a short text prompt, and out pops a grainy, generic image that looks straight out of 2021.
It’s functional, but it's also criminally expensive (around $0.80 per image) for something that looks better and costs less elsewhere.

You can register on the site for free - and receive a single (1) credit. This is enough to take the AI porn generator for a spin with one image generation... but that's about all.
Any use of the undress tool starts at 2 credits, and the video swaps are 30 credits.
Both are behind the paywall.
I do think SwapperAI should consider extending the free sample to at least 2 credits - enough to try the undress tool. They are currently doing more harm than good by showcasing the worst part of their product.

SwapperAI doesn’t bother with subscriptions or fancy VIP tiers - it’s a straight-up credit-based system. You buy credits, spend them, and when they’re gone, you’re done. No recurring payments, no auto-renew traps, just cold, hard pay-per-wank economics.
It's a system that is obviously designed for users who come to use this tool with very specific requests - rather than a thirst for limitless monthly AI porn.
Credits come in bundles, and the best deal is 170 credits for $69.99, which works out to roughly $0.41 per credit (the cost of a single image generation). Smaller bundles are available, but the value drops fast.
So, what does that get you?
Video Face Swap - 30 credits per clip. That’s about $12.30 per video, which feels steep and puts a lot of pressure on your ability to one-shot correctly. Each video runs around a minute and a half, complete with matching skin tones, lip movement, and believable lighting. No refunds if your masterpiece looks cursed, though. Choose your base video wisely.
Undress Tool - 2 credits per photo, roughly $0.82 at the best rate. It’s the most accessible feature and arguably the most addictive. Click, brush, strip, done.
AI Image Generation - 1 credit per image, about $0.41 each. Not a great deal considering the mid-tier quality.
The good news: your credits never expire, so you can stockpile them and spend them whenever the mood strikes.
My Verdict
The honest verdict from AIPornGuy.
SwapperAI is… fine. It’s not trying to reinvent the wheel - it’s a deepfake tool, and it does exactly what it says on the tin.
The 40 or so video templates are a solid starting point, covering a decent range of positions, poses, and scenarios. If you’re feeling brave, you can even upload your own custom video and slap a face onto it. I tried that, and let’s just say it did not go well. It was immediately apparent to me why they've felt the need to provide so many base templates.
If you’re on a budget, stick to the built-in templates or risk burning a lot of credits for a glitchy mess.
The undress tool works well and is easy to use. Just brush over those annoying clothes and boom - nakedy naked.
As for the AI porn generator, I gave it a fair shake - but nooope. It’s still firmly mid-tier at best. The quality doesn’t come close to the gloss and realism of PornWorks or Seduced. They'd need to reduce the cost considerably for this to be a wise use of credits.
Let’s be real, though, that’s not why anyone’s using SwapperAI anyway.
