What is Anime Genius?
A quick overview of what Anime Genius actually does.
Why is it that anime porn generators get so much more TLC than their hyper-realistic rivals?
Is it because the hentai crowd simply cares that much more about the 'art'?
That’s the impression I got with AnimeGenius, an excellent little tool for creating custom anime (of both the SFW and NSFW variety). It fills the niche for hentai and NSFW-themed anime content creation, picking up where earlier tools like Yodayo left off once they dropped the ban hammer on adult images.
It’s powered by the same tech that fuels mainstream diffusion models, but it’s been fine-tuned for anime - and yep, by “fine-tuned” I mean it knows exactly how big an anime girl’s eyes (and tits) are supposed to be.
This is an entirely browser-based AI art suite that turns prompts, sketches, and photos into polished anime art. You can write a description, drop in a reference image, or even pose a virtual character model to control the final look.
At first glance, AnimeGenius steers clear of overselling the NSFW gimmick. There's not the slightest whiff of nudity on the homepage, or any of the front-facing public galleries. But that's not because it's shy. While the site keeps its marketing clean and legit, make no mistake: under that polished exterior lies a generator that’s perfectly capable of producing the filthiest hentai your imagination can conjure.
Under the hood, AnimeGenius is pretty damn sophisticated. It uses a mix of Stable Diffusion-based anime models and LoRA fine-tunes to control the look and feel of every image. There’s a library of over 800 pre-trained styles, each one capturing a slightly different flavor of anime. You can go from soft, romantic slice-of-life art to dark, glossy hentai panels just by switching the active model. This makes it miles more flexible than the one-note generators that litter the space.
Each generation gives you professional-looking anime art that would’ve taken a skilled illustrator hours to produce manually. The shading, proportions, and color balance are consistently strong - even when you throw in complex prompts.
I'd hate to be a professional illustrator with tools like this reducing my craft to a mere button smash.
Also worth noting, there's a really strong community-feel to this this project The dev team is active on Discord, constantly adding new models and features. We've just recently seen the addition of an AI Twerk Generator (of course), and even an integration with the impressive new NanoBanana model from Google's Gemini.
The interface comes with a bit of a learning curve, but that's the trade-off of having such an immensely customisable tool. AnimeGenius packs a serious punch for hentai freaks.

What Can You Do For Free?
Exactly how far you can go before hitting the paywall.
AnimeGenius gives free users a surprisingly generous taste of the action. You can explore most of the platform’s core features without busting out your wallet.
Inevitably, there are daily limits in place.
When you sign up, you'll receive 50 free credits. This is topped up daily.
Each image generation costs 10 credits (with the standard settings). That means you can make up to five AI images every day before the faucet turns off. Yeah, there's a bit of queue. Some of my prompts took over a minute to complete - but it's hardly a dealbreaker if you're only going to use it a few times per day.
In fact, AnimeGenius throws in a complimentary 'priority speed-up' for new users in the first 24 hours.
You can access all the main generation modes.
Text-to-image, image-to-image, and pose-to-image all work on the free plan. You can upload reference sketches, import poses, or just type a prompt and watch the AI do its thing. You can even try out the sticker maker and face-swap features, both of which are usually locked on other sites.
AnimeGenius also has a public feed (and a busy Discord) where users share their creations. You can view these for free, copy their prompt settings, and remix them for your own images. It’s a smart way to learn what works. Although I have to say... the devs have done a very good job of providing tutorials for their various apps. There's a ton of TLC in this generator that rivals would do well to copy.
Note, your outputs will be limited to standard or medium resolution (roughly 768×768). Paid users can push up to 2K, which looks noticeably sharper if you’re printing or zooming in on the details.
Free-tier users can only make one image at a time (no batch generation) and there is currently no support for the Image-to-Video tool.
You can use the preloaded models, but you can’t upload your own AI models or LoRAs unless you’re on a paid plan.

There are three subscription tiers on AnimeGenius - Basic ($9/month), Plus ($29/month), and Pro ($59/month) - each unlocks more credits, higher limits, and extra creative perks:
Basic ($9/month) is the entry-level plan for regular users. You get 8,000 credits a month plus 50 daily bonus credits, giving you roughly 9,500 total if you log in every day. That’s around 950 standard image generations per month.
All four image generators - Text-to-Image, Image-to-Image, Pose-to-Image, and AI Sticker - are unlocked.
You also get:

Commercial usage rights for your creations
Ability to upload 4 custom models and 15 LoRAs
Up to 3 concurrent generation tasks
What you don’t get: animation, batch generation, or 2K resolution. For $9, it’s a steal if you’re casually generating a few dozen hentai pieces per week.
Plus ($29/month) is worth getting for the extra power under the hood.
It unlocks everything from Basic, plus:
Image-to-Video generation (your static waifus can now move)
Access to the AI Image Editor for inpainting and touch-ups

Finally, you've got the Pro ($59/month). Here you get 65,000 credits each month, plus 180 bonus credits per day - a combined total of around 70,000+ monthly. I can't imagine you'll rinse through these unless you're running some kind of perverted hentai commercial empire.

My Verdict
The honest verdict from AIPornGuy.
I’ve tested a lot of AI porn tools, and most of them feel like beta projects run by horny teenagers with an AWS credit card. AnimeGenius isn’t one of them. This thing actually works. It’s slick, fast and constantly updated with ever-improving models.
The first thing that stood out was how polished it feels. The interface looks more like an art tool than a porn generator. No ads, no pop-ups, no desperate “pls join our Discord for more NSFW!” banners. You can tell there’s a professional studio behind it - probably because there is (Live3D, the VTuber tech company,).
Everything loads quickly, the controls are responsive, and the output quality is consistently impressive.
It’s refreshing to see a project in the NSFW AI space that’s built with care. Throw in the generous daily credits (even on the free tier) and you've got an AI anime smut machine that is well worth testing.
